Quality Lead

The Quality Lead will define the framework for implementing risk quality management plans, measure and control performance of processes, plan and train adequate resources for transformational initiatives/programs, processes, conduct risk analyses, create a platform for sharing best practices, address performance and risk related quality issues with clients, group stakeholders with an objective to ensure consistent and uniform deployment of risk management practices quality services to the client within norms and guidelines of Infosys.
Responsibilities:
* Plan and implement certification and related activities to ensure consistent deployment in all areas.
* Identify and close gaps in process implementation. Provide support for process improvement, act as a point of escalation for issue resolution. Define framework for implementing DC/Domain/practice/client specific Risk quality management plans and approaches to ensure application of Risk quality management practices relevant to the context of the businesses.
* Define procedures and manage internal audits and assessments to maintain compliance to QMS - including framework update, training, issue resolution. Provide and give training on new framework for effective deployment. Track and measure performance and drive improvement to ensure consistent and uniform deployment of designed processes
* Establish the process verification methods and establish control measures in the process for stability and consistent deliverables to minimize and control transaction errors.
* Identify high impact projects and work on transformation along with process owner to make improvements in the process and service delivery.
* Plan for and train adequate number of resources to support the transformation / improvement program. Interact with senior management of the business unit, ensuring adequate trained resources are staffed for effective deployment of new initiatives.
* Identify process level and engagement level risk by performing risk audit and discussion with process owner and COHs. Assess effectiveness of process audit and deployment of quality assurance framework. Track implementation of mitigation plan ensure effectiveness to support de-risking of processes.
* Involve in external activities of seminars, etc. Support participating in external activities, publish write-up, etc. to bring thought leadership in the given area.

* Support process owner to drive improvement plan forecast to improve C-Sat in all areas pertaining to Delivery risk management.
* Planning and implementing quality related training programs, implementing reward and recognition programs. Provide appraisal feedback to direct reportees. Communicates to the employees on the career paths provided to ensure that the employees are engaged and attrition is under control.
* Present to clients on status reports on ongoing Risk Quality related performance. Address operations and quality issues. Present process improvements recommendations, risk mitigation plan and program status to ensure that customers are satisfied.
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
