We are seeking a skilled Quality Manager for our HNI Workplace Furnishings team in Muscatine, IA. Competitive compensation starting between $70-100k. As the Quality Manager, you will enhance our Quality Management System (QMS) and drive exceptional customer experiences.Responsibilities:

• Manage long-term quality planning and metrics.
• Address customer service requests and develop action plans for QMS improvements.
• Provide on-call support for quality issues.
• Lead quality culture initiatives and RCI events.
• Implement new tools and standard work practices.
• Develop and maintain Layered Process Audits.
• Oversee the corrective action process and poke-yoke implementations.
• Foster quality competencies and manage talent.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years in Quality Management; Bachelor's preferred or 8 years of equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with a track record of driving results.
• Knowledge of QMS and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
