Job Description :

Plan and coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing subordinates to ensure high level of internal and external customer satisfaction.Proactively manage execution of inspections to meet daily shipments while tracking inspection status of major projects.Investigate and process nonconforming materialsSupervise workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure high productivity and high technical integrity.Develop and analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and to establish quality and reliability expectancy of finished products. Serves as a liaison with staff and management concerning trends and problem areas.Provide technical expertise to teams and maintain active role in internal continuous improvement efforts. Formulate, document, maintain and implement quality control procedures.Responsible for ensuring that all quality specifications are adhered to.Identifies staff development and training needs and ensures that training is obtained.Evaluates and verifies employee performance through the Company review process.Performs related work as assign.Education/experienceB.S. degree in Quality, Manufacturingor related engineering field desired.Experience and certification with accredited quality organization considered.Minimum 5 years related supervisory/management experience.Experience with ISO 9001, ASME, and any other Quality System or Code requirements.Experience with developing/documenting procedures.Knowledge use of Quality Engineering methods in inspections.Quality orientation and high attention to detail.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Problem analysis and problem resolution skills.Computer proficiency.Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThe contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
