Job Description:Position: Quality Manager Location: Champagne, ILSalary: Up to $110 - 130k plus annual bonusRequirements: 5+ years as Quality Engineer in a manufacturing setting, metals experience preferred In search of an experienced Quality Manager in Champaign, IL. ResponsibilitiesInitiating/sustaining ISO and/or AS certifications.Developing/documenting quality proceduresInvestigate and address customer concerns and issues to resolve and minimize complications.Analyze and interpret statistical information and product specifications to establish benchmarks.Set appropriate expectations for quality and reliability of end products within the organization.Act as the designated representative for certification programs related to quality management.Develop, document, and uphold standards and objectives for maintaining quality.Coordinate regular audits to assess adherence to the company's quality objectives.Establish and document criteria and procedures for inspection.Lead the process of management review, internal and external audits, and requests for corrective actions.Apply various tools and methodologies for total quality management to analytical and reporting processes.Create, implement, and manage training programs focused on quality.Provide expert technical and statistical guidance to various departments.Ensure effective communication and implementation of all quality requirements throughout the organization.
