Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Oversight: Manage and maintain the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance and effectiveness.
• Team Leadership: Supervise a skilled team of Inspectors and Technicians.
• Process Control: Oversee internal audits and manage MRB, RMA, and CAPA processes.
• Customer and Supplier Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for quality-related matters.
• Equipment Calibration: Ensure proper calibration of all quality tools and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Education: AAS or BS in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience: Proven track record of supervising Quality Technicians and Inspectors; AS9100 and Nadcap experience preferred.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
