We are seeking a dynamic Quality Manager to champion our quality management system, drive process improvements, and lead a dedicated quality team to deliver outstanding results.

What You'll Do

• Lead the quality team and ensure daily operations align with company goals.
• Collaborate with customers to understand and meet their quality expectations.
• Partner with plant and operations leadership to develop and implement systems, processes, and procedures for continuous improvement.
• Manage customer complaint investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Perform and lead internal and external quality audits to maintain compliance with ISO 13485.
• Oversee supplier quality, inspection plans, sampling strategies, and product validation activities.
• Drive data-based decision-making through defect analysis, reporting, and action planning.
• Act as the Quality Management System Representative, ensuring adherence to all quality standards.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years of experience in Quality Management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership in managing and developing quality teams.
• Expertise in CAPA management, ISO 13485 compliance, and quality tools like 8-D, PFMEA, Six Sigma, SPC, and MSA.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
