Quality Manager - Westrock Company : Job Details

The Hicksville, NY facility is in need of a Quality Manager responsible for supporting the QA Operations in providing leadership in the areas of quality control, quality systems implementation and maintenance. How you will impact Smurfit Westrock:Facilitate development, implementation and compliance of Quality Systems; including review of plant wide SOPs. Facilitate customer audits. Participate in and/or perform customer audits, supplier audits and internal audits and communicate audit findings. Provide development and training of management in quality system and quality improvement tools. Participate as a member of quality teams. Facilitate and participate in quality meetings (i.e., customer walkabouts, ALC, etc.). Document, investigate, follow-up and maintain all internal complaints. Implement corrective actions for internal non-conformance, supplier non-conformance and specific customer complaints.
