Quality Manager - Kelly Services : Job Details

#x 2022; Lead the development and implementation of Food Safety and Quality SOPs, Food Safety Plan/ HACCP, GM - Ps, Pest Prevention, and Allergen Control. - Act as the primary contact for auditors, customers, and regulatory agencies. - Manage and coach FSQ team members to achieve individual and team goals. - Oversee all product/equipment/line commercialization, ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards. - Provide technical expertise for continuous improvement, product development, and quality management issues. - Evaluate and resolve customer product quality issues, coordinating with the Corporate QA team. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Biology, Chemistry, Food Science/ Technology, or related field. - 5-7 years of experience in food manufacturing. - Minimum 3 years in an FSQ leadership role. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - HACCP certification required; FSPCA/ PCQI and other relevant certifications preferred. - Strong knowl...Manager, Quality, Product Development, Staffing, Food
