This hire will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the quality assurance process, ensuring products meet or exceed customer expectations. Job DetailsResponsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality control systems that align with company objectives and meet regulatory requirements.
  • Lead a team of quality assurance professionals and provide them with the necessary training and support.
  • Collaborate with other department heads to establish quality standards for raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products.
  • Conduct audits, both internal and external, to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
  • Analyze production data and customer feedback to identify areas for quality improvement.
  • Manage non-conformities by implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Prepare and present quality reports to the top management.
  • Participate in the product development process to ensure quality considerations are addressed from the initial stages.
  • Liaise with suppliers and customers to resolve any quality-related issues.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in quality assurance and quality management
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 quality system
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
  • Certification in quality management (e.g., CQM, CQE) is a plus
