They will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance processes, conducting root cause analyses, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Quality Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, engineering, and suppliers, to identify opportunities for process improvements, resolve quality issues, and ensure that customer and regulatory requirements are consistently met. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills who is dedicated to enhancing product quality and operational efficiency.Position Duties: -Ensure and maintain the quality guidelines, procedures, and standards and that they are consistently followed throughout the manufacturing operation and product design. -Focus on the continual improvement of assigned product lines, processes, and customers. -Interface with customers to determine requirements, resolve issues, and interact with their portals and on-site visits.Requirements: A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required. A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar job within a vertically integrated manufacturing environment is required. Two (2) years of project management and/or process development experience is preferred. Knowledge of APQP, quality systems audit, and tools such as 8D, A3, and 5-Why. Six sigma training, understanding of GD&T and SCP is preferred.
