Quality-Repack - US Engine Valve : Job Details

The Quality/Repack position in the manufacturing industry is a seasonal job focused on ensuring product quality and timely repackaging in alignment with operational standards. Job Details:

First Shift 7:00 – 3:30

Monday – Friday (overtime may be required)

Seasonal Position

Starting rate - $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance:

• Inspect products for defects and adherence to specified quality standards.
• Document and report any quality-related issues promptly to the supervisor.

Product Repackaging:

• Accurately repackage products according to set guidelines and specifications.
• Label products correctly to ensure proper identification and traceability.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with team members to meet production quotas and deadlines.
• Assist in training new team members on quality and packaging standards.

Physical Handling of Goods:

• Effectively lift and move products as needed to facilitate the repackaging process.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote efficiency and safety.

Safety Compliance:

• Follow safety guidelines and best practices to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Report any unsafe conditions or practices to ensure a safe working environment.

Experience/Education:

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

Experience:

• No prior machining or production experience is required; on-the-job training will be provided.
