Our goal is to be the most valued partner to health plans, service providers, and the community we collectively serve. How You'll Make a Difference: Arkos Health is seeking a Quality Scheduler. The Quality Scheduler will be responsible for phone outreach to patients, explaining Arkos services, and scheduling visits for our quality team field clinicians across the state of North Dakota. This role will also assist with electronic medical record retrieval when necessary. This role is a key part in supporting HEDIS quality initiatives and regulatory/contractual requirements.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Completes telephone calls to patients, providers, and other health care professionals and organizations in support of care initiatives
  • Receives, proofreads, and verifies reporting from the health plan against internal systems for accuracy and completeness to appropriately schedule appointments
  • Ability to utilize multiple systems simultaneously to schedule member visits. Expected number of appointments scheduled per week/month to be determined by Director of Quality based on current business needs
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Provides high quality customer service to both internal and external customers
Qualifications and Skills:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • 2+ years' experience in a healthcare environment
  • Certified Nurse Assistant and/or Medical Assistant Certification in North Dakota, is preferred
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • Experience with verifying eligibility and navigating through insurance portals
