Quality Specialist – Incoming Materials Quality Leader - GE Vernova : Job Details

? Manage Quality inspection team and all daily needs (scheduling, workload, daily meetings, training, development, competencies, problem resolution, output, etc.)Support Supplier Visits & Audit Program. Manage the resolution of Internal & External non-conformities (supplier/production) Manage investigations, root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions. Ensure the inspection team are inspecting incoming parts and materials to meet established technical and quality requirements per established drawings and processes. Utilize the Companys electronic engineering action request system to initiate necessary drawing and or design changes resulting from the incoming inspection process. Create Inspection Plans for Quality Readiness for Prototypes and Routine Inspections. Manage material management and reporting programs related to NPI, COPQ, material rework, material review boards, etc. Work together with cross-functional teams to solve quality and/or material issues.
