Quality Specialist - Flexible & Integrated Technical Services, LLC : Job Details

For Quality Engineering services in the Quality area. WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT:The Technical Part:

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or Engineer and at least (5+) years of experience performing quality engineering functions within a manufacturing environment.
• Bilingual: (Spanish and English).
• Soft Skills: Problem-solving, excellent time management, and good decision-making.
• Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
• Experience in:
  • Quality area focused on reviewing all documentation related to the validation life cycle, procedures, change control, among other documents.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.
• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Perform risk assessments and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA).
• Manage and investigate customer complaints and product recalls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality.
• Develop and maintain documentation for quality management systems.
• Ensure that manufacturing processes meet quality and safety standards.
• Provide training and support to production staff on quality procedures.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and standards.
