What does a cell phone in your pocket, a spaceship, and an electric vehicle have in common?Ellsworth Adhesives specs in materials in each of those products!Ellsworth Corporation, a global, industry leading distributor of specialty chemicals and equipment and adhesive manufacturer currently has a Quality Specialist opportunity that reports onsite into our Glue Dots International (GDI) Division located in Germantown, WI.This is an exciting time to be a part of Ellsworth, come join our team!You will maintain ISO 9001:2015 system by conducting product testing, analyzing data, and communicating results.RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collaborates with all departments in assigned Business Unit(s) on the maintenance of ISO 9001:2015 system
  • Communicates directly with customers requiring assistance with completion of quality documentation
  • Leads customer and internal audits of the quality management system
  • Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and implement continuous improvement strategies
  • Leads corrective action process and maintains the corrective action database
  • Drafts Certificates of Analysis, Certificates of Compliance and other documents

  • 5 years of related work experience in a Quality and/or Lab role
  • Associate's Degree in a related field of study. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered
  • ISO Lead Auditor 9001-2015 Certification should be obtained within 1 year of employment
  • Ability to independently problem-solve and apply critical thinking to a variety of situations
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills: MS Office Suite, Internet, email, ERP software
  • Basic algebra skills
  • Lifts and/or move up to 50 lbs
  • 8:00am - 5:00pm
