Quality Specialist - Freudenberg Group : Job Details

• Verifies dimensional and surface condition of products at various stages of the manufacturing process to confirm accuracy of standards.
• Monitors specific aspects of the production process and equipment to identify deviations.
• Analyses measurement data to identify trends and, where appropriate, makes recommendations for improvement.
• Maintains quality documentation and systems to ensure customer specific requirements and organizational needs are achieved.
• Supports investigation and problem solving activities to assist identifying corrective and preventative actions.
• Provides advice and support to production supervision on quality related matters to enable timely decisions.
• Works collaboratively with operations and engineering teams to ensure appropriate customer and commercial outcomes.

Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experienceSpecified Years of Industry-relevant professional experienceRelevant certifications, system experience, and trainingProfessional-Level English language skills preferredCommunication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.Value for Customers: Anticipates, understands and meets internal/external customers' needs and expectations.
