Role Description:

Our client is seeking a Quality Specialist for a full-time, hybrid position based in Orlando, FL, with flexibility for some remote work. The Quality Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring that all products and services meet high-quality standards and efficiency benchmarks. This includes conducting quality audits, identifying areas for process improvement, and implementing quality control measures across projects and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure products and services meet defined quality and efficiency standards.

• Conduct internal and external quality audits.

• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

• Develop and maintain quality control processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality compliance.

• Ensure adherence to ISO9001 and CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) standards for process and quality management.

Qualifications:

• Mandatory: Hands-on experience with ISO9001 and CMMI frameworks for quality and process management.

• Proficiency in quality assurance processes, tools, and methodologies.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Experience in process improvement and quality management.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

• Certifications in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO, CMMI) are a plus.
