Supervisor Days - Temporary to hire Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a prominent manufacturer in the Huntsville, AL area, is hiring a day shift supervisor. Supervisor Days Summary:

• 5:30am - 4:00pm
• Monday - Friday
• Overtime
• $24 per hour
• Assist Operations Managers and Coordinators with project management account development while driving customer satisfaction.
• Develop/improve standardized work instructions to support both customer and supplier inspection and rework projects.
• Maintain customer production quality and achieve delivery time expectations.
• Capable of evaluating all support staff for efficiency and accuracy and competence of job performance.
• Recommend ideas to senior management for retention and promotability.
• Drive customer service through regular customer interaction and escalating opportunities for improvement in a timely manner.

Supervisor Days Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• KSA Knowledge Skills
• Previous supervisor experience

• Ability to stand, kneel, crouch and manipulate weights of 10-50 lbs for extended periods of time
