Responsibilities for this Quality Supervisor:

· Oversee and manage the quality control process for our paper products from raw materials to finished goods.

· Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols.

· Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

· Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.

· Train and mentor quality assurance staff.

· Analyze data and prepare reports on quality performance, trends, and issues.

· Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements in quality assurance.

· Work with the warehouse, testing lab, and production to ensure quality standards are being met.
