Quality Systems Engineer - Actalent : Job Details

Job Title: Quality Systems EngineerJob Duties:

Work with quality support staff in proper protocols and QMS controls and functions.

Initiate and maintain QMS documents and procedures.

Develop and/or adapt systems to meet quality standards, making suggestions regarding procedures, standards, and equipment to facilitate work, streamline processes, and maintain product quality.

Support investigating and determining the root cause of quality findings; assist with the corrective action process.

Develop good documentation best practices; monitor effectiveness; coach others as needed.

Support the implementation of paperless manufacturing initiatives.

Stay abreast of and communicate changes to QMS requirements; develop effective plans to implement actions to address them.

Qualifications:

+ 1-3 years experience working with quality systems

+ Bachelors degree in engineering or related field

+ Knowledgeable of ISO standards

+ Experience with document control

+ Experience with quality audits
