At Health Quest Home Care, we are seeking individuals to become part of our exceptional home healthcare team. Our home health team works closely with patients' physicians and families to provide care in the one place where our patients want to be, in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities:
1.Performs Start-of-Care Audits including 485 reviews daily.
2.Audits OASIS Resumption of Care, Follow-up and Discharge forms daily.
3.Performs pre-billing reviews.
4.Develops Performance Improvement Reports.
5.Participates in documentation reviews for competencies.
6.Provides feedback to Team Leaders via program dashboard on quality and process measures .Participates in quarterly Utilization Review.
7.Prepares reports to DQS and Clinical Team as appropriate.
8.Provides direction in performance improvement, risk management, infection
control and OASIS to field and administrative staff.
