Essential Functions
- Ensure correct label is on the product
- Ensure correct product is in the bags
- UPC Verification
- Lot code verification
- Review packaging for quality
- Weight verifications
- Clean equipment swabs
- Perform allergen testing
- Internal GMP inspections
- Product return review
- Assist with training new employees

- Must show good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to be a team player and work with others as well as individually
- Detail oriented
- Positive attitude and work ethic with the ability to multi-task
- Understand standard and metric measurements
- Must apply food safety and employee safety guidelines in all performance measures
Supervisory Responsibility There is no supervisory responsibility for this position. Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to allergens, moving mechanical parts and vibration as well as equipment. Education, Skills and Experience
- Must have a minimum of High School diploma or equivalent desired but not required
- Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is ideal
- Previous experience training new employees is helpful
- Prior knowledge in food safety is desired
