Quality Technician - 2nd Shift - NTG Staffing : Job Details

New Tech Global is looking for a Quality Technician to work in Bartlesville-OK. Job Summary: CANDIDATE PAY RATE/RANGE: $18.00+$2.00 (shift premium)=$20.00 The Quality Technician is responsible for conducting quality control activities such as inspections and reporting within the assigned Artificial Lift organization. Missions • Conduct tests and inspect documentation, parts and components, materials, subassemblies, and equipment to ensure compliance with specifications and standard work instructions. • Use measurement systems with valid calibration and acceptable repeatability and reproducibility. • Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs. • Document the results of inspections and tests using the designated business system, following the defined procedure and test plan. • Verify the stability of results over time as applicable. Skills • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in work. Effective problem-solving skills. • Ability to adapt quickly to changes and work in a dynamic environment. Commitment to quality and continuous improvement. Hours: 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM 1 year of experience is required, but the experience could be replaced by aptitude and relevant skills, on a case by case.
