Job DetailsResponsibilities:

• Review and approve supplier SPAP / PPAP documentation.
• Manage flow of PPAP approval through the Purchasing, Testing and R&D approval process.
• Visit suppliers to evaluate their SPAP submittals as needed.
• Review statistical methods as identified in SPAP and PPAP submittals.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to get SPAP samples for evaluation.
• Create IRs to track SPAPs into the CCN Purchasing and Production project database.
• Coordinate the Quality lab to have SPAP sample inspected.
• Create and update IMDS status for all products.
• Create report to show priority and status of supplier SPAPs.
• Update the Purchasing project status database.
• Update the Production project status database.
• Maintain safe work environment consistent with company policies and standard.
• Gather data on quality verifications systems.
• Accomplish Quality department activities as needed.
• Comply with all Environmental Health and Safety policies and standards.

Qualifications:

• Understanding of AIAG PPAP levels and required documentation.
• Read and interpret technical drawings/blueprints including GD&T
• Sufficient computer skills MS-Office
• 2-5 years of experience
• MS Office
