Although our own branding may not appear on the labels of the beverages we produce, there is a good chance you are reading this while sipping one of our drinks.Hard SkillsAdhere to health and safety policies/proceduresFollow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)Adhere to food quality and safety standardsConduct analysis on raw deliveries, syrup batches, and treated waterMaintain accurate and legible records of all tests and retestsComplete required reports in a timely mannerPerform chemical and physical analysis on raw and intermediate processing materialsEvaluate finished products against current standardsCheck process control parametersMaintain proper operation, cleanliness, and calibration of laboratory equipmentSoft SkillsWork closely with all departments to improve quality and efficiencyUtilize free time effectively by assisting other technicians or production personnelComplete special projects and other reasonable duties as assignedCommunicate effectively with incoming shift techniciansMaintain laboratory cleanlinessInform lead hand or QA Manager if replacement is lateJob TypeThis is a permanent position.Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Waco, Texas.Work EnvironmentRefresco Beverages/Coca Cola facility in Waco. It is a flavoring facility. Night Shift opportunity: 7pm - 7:30am, 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off.
