Come grow with us!Job Requirements:Provide support for the operation and maintenance of the SPC2 laboratory* Inspects finished products and products being processed, for conformance to company standards. Checks samples and verifies accuracy of equipment or process. Reports conditions requiring immediate repair. Uses advanced inspection methods to develop and conduct quality programs. Works under general supervision* Work independently, and with full competency, to meet the routine quality assurance (QA) testing and other daily operations and obligations of the lab;* Demonstrate complete competency in the SPC2 test Laboratory Area. This area primarily focuses on the testing equipment in the environmentally controlled testing lab and includes, in part, hydraulic die cutting systems, balances, tensile/tear testing equipment, and porosity analyzers and any other equipment that may be deemed necessary for the Job.* Competency includes the demonstrated ability to:* Operate, maintain, and calibrate all of the equipment in the Area* Perform all of the most common procedures utilizing the equipment in the Area* Train and test others in the operation, maintenance, calibration, and performance of test programs with the equipment in the Area* Work independently and coordinate work in Competency Area* Report unusual data or operating conditions in a timely manner* Must adhere to all company policies and safety rules* Must be able to work extended hours when required* All other duties as assigned* Candidates for this role are expected to be able to work 1st, 2nd or 3rd ShiftThis is a Non-Exempt Position.
