Apply now or call us at 206-###-####.*Quality Technician Job Responsibilities: *Inspect output samples and ensure adherence to standards, legal requirements, and Work Instructions (WI).Review blueprints and specifications, and conduct testing at various manufacturing stages.Record inspection results, summarize re-works and waste, and input data into the quality database.Train production teams on quality control measures and support them with quality and process issues.Propose process improvements, monitor equipment safety, and verify calibration accuracy.Compile statistical quality data and create reports for management, suggesting enhancements as needed.Schedule: 12-hour shifts (6am -- 6pm OR 6:00pm - 6:00am)2,2,3 Pitman schedule (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, & it repeats)One week, you'll work a 36-hour week, the next week you'll work a 48-hour week -- Weekends off for half the yearYou'll be provided with your schedule for the month aheadPay: $23 - $26 per hourOT availableQuality Technician Requirements:Ability to work independently with minimal supervision1 year of recent manufacturing experience in a technical role6 months of recent experience in any kind of leadership roleProficiency with Microsoft Office Excel programsExcellent understanding of problem-solving techniques.Works well independently, and within a team environment*Previous PV module manufacturing experience is preferred!Benefits:Paid Time Off (vacation, sick, and holiday)401(k) Retirement PlanMedical/Dental/Vision Insurance PlansHealth Savings Account optionSupplemental/Voluntary Insurance PlansEmployee Assistance ProgramTuition Reimbursement ProgramEmployee Recognition ProgramsEmployee PV Panel Purchase ProgramEmployee relocation allowance available*Location: * Burlington, WAIf you are interested in this Quality Technician role, apply or call us at 206-###-####!
