Quality Technician - Compunnel : Job Details

Job Summary: The Production Associate (Mid Level) will be responsible for manufacturing, basic testing, packaging, and shipping of products. The individual will work independently, following established procedures and work instructions to ensure timely completion of tasks according to the production schedule. This role requires adherence to Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and quality policies, as well as continuous collaboration with team leaders, engineers, and supervisors to improve process efficiency and product quality. Key Responsibilities:

Follow work procedures and instructions to perform manufacturing operations and various tasks.

Complete production activities as per the schedule, following detailed work instructions, process aid sheets, and standard operating procedures.

Adhere to EHS and quality policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of safety and quality in the production process.

Participate in quality control inspections as needed to ensure products meet required standards.

Work with team leaders, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency.

Monitor meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures, and related controls to ensure adherence to production specifications.

Report and address any issues or discrepancies with production processes or quality.

Maintain accurate records of production processes and inspections.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or local equivalent.
• 2 or more years of related manufacturing experience.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with co-workers and leadership.
• Knowledge of basic mathematics and the ability to read, comprehend, and follow written work instructions in English.
• Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft OS.
• Ability to use basic measuring equipment (e.g., rulers, calipers).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
• Basic understanding of quality control processes and product specifications.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend, and perform manual tasks regularly during shifts.
