Quality Technician - Manpower Engineering : Job Details

Our client, a leader in autonomous vehicles, is seeking a Quality Technician to join their team. As a Quality Technician, you will be part of the Vehicle Quality team supporting the development of business processes that ensure high-quality products and services. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Quality Technician Location: Hayward, CA Pay Range: $35-40/h + Benefits What's the Job?

• Help in Root Cause Analysis activities, Corrective Action implementation, and validation.
• Support process improvement activities to enhance quality standards.
• Document various procedures and work instructions to maintain clarity and compliance.
• Create and report metrics to demonstrate quality status in New Product Introduction (NPI), manufacturing, and services.
• Perform part and vehicle level Quality Audits to ensure products meet specifications.

What's Needed?

• 4-6 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in automotive, semiconductor, or aerospace fields.
• Experience in performing Quality Audits based on control plans.
• Familiarity with Root Cause Analysis, Problem Solving, and Quality Control methods.
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
• Strong planning, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
