Pay Rate: $23.10/hour

Shift Premium: Additional $1.00/hour

Perfect Attendance Bonus: Additional $0.75/hour

Responsibilities
  • Support the internal and external audits
  • Disposition held material
  • Calibrate testing equipment
  • Ensuring all quality documents are accurate and updated, including work instructions and procedures
  • Help investigate customer complaints to determine root cause and assist with setting corrective action
  • Constantly provide clear direction to all manufacturing personnel as to the quality standards by product
  • Assist with training new QA associates
  • Must be the voice of customer and maintain high degree of integrity when making decisions regarding product quality
  • Create and support innovations to improve quality product
  • Assist with eliminating waste from quality testing.
  • Collect and analyze data to understand process limits and capabilities.
Qualifications

Education:

  • High School Diploma/GED preferred

Experience:

  • At least more than one (1) year of quality experience in a manufacturing facility
