Job Description:
Education: High School diploma required, education beyond high school preferred
Experience: 3 - 5 years industrial supervisor
Knowledge: Leadership/supervision basics, principles of quarry and heavy equipment operation and maintenance
Essential Function
Perform necessary quality control checks and adjustments on raw materials, products and production process to ensure quality products are produced.

Job Responsibilities
* Ensure all mining and mobile equipment activities are compliant with SGI/MSHA safety standards
* Supervision of employees performing day to day quarry operations and mobile equipment maintenance
* Timely management of procurement processes associated with quarry operation and maintenance
* Provide leadership in the quarry development process
* Conduct mobile equipment training
* Determine annual capi8tal requirements associated with mobile equipment
* Communicate mobile equipment and quarry operational expectations
* Work with Maintenance Superintendent to manage mobile equipment expenses and operational expectations
* Coordinate outside vendor activities, including blasting
