Quick Lane Service Advisor - Edwards Auto Group : Job Details

Edwards Auto Group (Nissan Kia) in Council Bluffs, IA is looking for a Quick Lane Service Advisor to join our team! The Quick Lane Service Advisor is responsible for meeting with customers about the routine maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, basic inspections). The Quick Lane Service Advisor will be working directly with the Service Technicians to relay information and recommend services to the customer. This position will have growth opportunities to Service Advisor. This position is full-time, entry level and paid hourly.Responsibilities

• Greeting customers, and getting them checked into the system
• Consulting with technicians about needed repairs and offering alternatives based on customers budgets and needs
• Answering customer questions about service outcomes and consulting with technicians
• Informing customers about warranty protections and various programs and discounts
• Scheduling customers and understanding the work flow of the department
• Informing customers of changes as they come up and being in continuous contact with customers to make sure they understand the process each step of the way

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude and customer focused demeanor
• Proficient typing skills
• Previous customer service experience is preferred
