  • Provides excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food, and addressing customer inquiries or concerns by providing them with a good PKC experience.
  • Rotates stock of food items (FI/FO), monitors inventory of food items, and requests additional items, as necessary.
  • Receives incoming goods, restocks shelves, removing and disposing of damaged or outdated merchandise appropriately.
  • Manage and prep food safely by following proper food handling and safety procedures.
  • Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards.
  • Complies with department rules, policies and procedures, maintaining and supporting a safe and encouraging work environment.
  • Assures opening and/or closing check lists are completed.
  • Prepares all menus and menu boards for each business day and makes changes accordingly.
  • Effectively rings in all orders and collects the correct amount of money or any other form of payment from the customer.
  • Receives from guests, payment in the form of cash, check or credit card.
  • Balances cash register tape with cash drawer receipts at the end of each shift, completes appropriate shift report, and deposits receipts according to established procedures.
  • Maintain Title 31 Compliance accurately.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • PEREQUISITESGeneral: Must be age 21 or older. Must qualify for Tribal Non-Gaming license. Education: High School diploma or GED preferred but not required. Must be able to perform arithmetic calculations correctly. Must be able to communicate in the primary language used in the workplace. Experience: Proficiency in MICROS POS system preferred. Previous experience in the culinary or food service industry is preferred. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and sanitary practices. Must be customer driven and able to reach each guest's wants and needs and be able to exceed their expectations. Abilities: Must have the ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with guests and coworkers. Physical: Must be able to stand and exert rapid mobility for periods up to four (4) hours. Must have agood sense of balance, hearing and vision in the normal range, ability to bend and kneel, and have the ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
