This role does not require prior experience in foodservice; comprehensive product training will be provided. The ideal candidate will excel in reading and interpreting customer requirements and creating accurate quotes based on specific requests. • Accurately interpret customer inquiries to identify product needs, including model numbers and quantities.
• Use quoting software and CRM systems to prepare and send detailed quotes to customers, ensuring alignment with their specifications.
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely, professional manner, maintaining excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination in addressing customer needs.
• Keep up to date on product knowledge through training provided by the company.
• All other duties as assigned.
