Focus:
- Assist in preparing and reviewing project quotations, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to gather necessary details for proposals.
- Maintain and update pricing databases, ensuring consistency and compliance with company policies.
- Utilize industry-standard software tools to analyze and interpret project specifications.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on quotation statuses and address inquiries promptly.
- Contribute to process improvements and efficiency within the quotations department.
Skill Set:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant technical training.
- 3-5 years of experience in the lighting or electrical industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Bluebeam.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Professional communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Existing industry relationships are advantageous.
