Quotes Associate - Quick Servant Co. : Job Details

The Quotes Associate will gather data to create proposals for needed work to be completed under a current or new work order. Supervisory Responsibilities:

• None.

• Collaborates with customers, technicians, and other staff to understand the services being offered.
• Determines needs for additional staff, parts, materials, and other resources.
• Estimates costs of parts, equipment, and billable hours
• Identifies the pricing structure required for products to sell at profit.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Extensive knowledge of cost accounting principles.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to create forecasts based on financial data.
• Proficient with accounting software and cost software.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

• Two years of related experience required.

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
