POSITION: Special Education Personal Care AssistantJOB GOAL: To assist school staff in meeting individualized student and program needs.QUALIFICATIONS:One year of college required; two years of college preferred.Physical condition so as to be able to manage behavior/physically challenged students; must have the ability to lift 50 pounds.Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Principal or Director of Special Education/Designee may find appropriate or acceptable.REPORTS TO: Principal or DesigneePERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:THIS POSITION IS INDIVIDUALIZED DUE TO UNIQUE NEEDS OF STUDENTS AND PROGRAMS.
