R&D Engineer, Service - Dover Corporation : Job Details

The Research and Development (R&D) engineer is responsible for designing and developing new products, services, and processes related to polymer manufacturing equipment. Integral to the development of new products, they will work on projects to increase product performance, reduce costs, reduce environmental impact, and support a highly diverse customer base. This individual will work closely with Product Management, Sales, Technical Service, and Manufacturing, to support the innovation and improvement of over 5 product lines to include, but not limited to, Die Plates, Dryers, Filtration, Pulverizers, and Tempered Water Systems. What You'll Do Understand and hold paramount the needs of the end user to develop and improve new and existing products within Maag Americas Centers of Excellence (COEs): Die Plates, Dryers, Large Area Filtration, Pulverizers, Tempered Water Systems.
