#x 9; Conduct preliminary research on new products, including technical confirmation, verification of technical drawings and processes, and efficient management of technology changes. Stay updated on product development trends and actively participate in new product research and development. Conduct research and design based on new product requirements. Complete the validation and timely release of existing products. Participate in the selection of components and research suppliers for new products. Provide technical support during product production. Address technical issues promptly, assist sales and customer service in handling customer complaints, collect customer feedback, and enhance design quality. Collaborate with the quality department to address quality issues and handle non-conformance reviews within the assigned scope.
