What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of construction project management career progression, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets for schedules and budgets.
- Technical Construction Knowledge -A builder's mindset with solid grasp of structural construction methods in industrial or commercial buildings.
- Leadership - Organized, proactive, and results-driven, with a passion for leading teams and delivering on commitments.
- Strong Communicator - Skilled at collaborating with clients, field staff, and stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Problem Solver - Adept at addressing challenges unique to short-duration projects and identifying practical solutions.
- Organizational Skills - Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, budgets, and coordination for multiple concurrent projects within the $50,000–$2 million range.
- Financial Acumen - Familiar with tools for tracking and optimizing project profit and loss.
- Safety Focus - Committed to fostering a culture of safety on every job site.
- Educational Background - Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
