Project Manager – Retrofit & Small Projects - Design-Build Industrial Agricultural

Location: Hybrid Remote West Lafayette, IN

Compensation: $100-120K + bonus + full benefits

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead fast-moving retrofit projects ranging from $50,000 to $2 million, for industrial and agricultural facilities. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives on managing multiple projects with quick turnaround times while maintaining high-quality outcomes.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset - Help shape a growing business unit focused on high-impact, smaller-scale retrofit and renovation projects, working closely with the executive team to refine best practices.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of construction project management career progression, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets for schedules and budgets.
  • Technical Construction Knowledge -A builder's mindset with solid grasp of structural construction methods in industrial or commercial buildings.
  • Leadership - Organized, proactive, and results-driven, with a passion for leading teams and delivering on commitments.
  • Strong Communicator - Skilled at collaborating with clients, field staff, and stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Problem Solver - Adept at addressing challenges unique to short-duration projects and identifying practical solutions.
  • Organizational Skills - Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, budgets, and coordination for multiple concurrent projects within the $50,000–$2 million range.
  • Financial Acumen - Familiar with tools for tracking and optimizing project profit and loss.
  • Safety Focus - Committed to fostering a culture of safety on every job site.
  • Educational Background - Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
