Overview

• Mission: Create and test mission data (MD) to detect and counter enemy radar and infrared guided missile systems, improving aircrew and aircraft survival.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct operational Electronic Warfare (EW) testing.
• Develop, validate, and verify mission data.
• Execute force development evaluations.
• Facilitate foreign material exploitation.
• Collaborate with EW engineers on programming efforts.
• Prepare validation and verification test plans.
• Participate in ground and flight testing.
• Organize mission data configuration control boards.
• Assist with data collection and post-test analysis.
• Perform intelligence data mining and analysis.
• Analyze EW threat waveforms and update mission data files (MDF) using SPECTRE.
• Validate MDF through SITL and HITL testing.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Education and Experience:
• High School Diploma + 13 years experience, OR
• Associate Degree + 7 years experience, OR
• Bachelor's Degree + 5 years experience, OR
• Master's Degree + 4 years experience
• Technical Skills:
• Problem identification and analysis.
• Research and summary skills.
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of EW weapon systems development and testing.
• Experience with databases like CED and EWIRDB.

Nice to Have Skills and Experience:

• Experience in:
• Data entry, maintenance, and extraction from databases.
• Ensuring data formatting for users.
• Data analysis software development.
• Creating tabular and graphical data products.
• Data storage and retrieval.
• Specific Skills:
• Expertise in electronic warfare theory and operations.
• Understanding of aircraft avionics and systems integration.
• Familiarity with RF jamming and EO/IR systems.
