Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in construction, be bilingual in Spanish, and possess a college degree. This role requires familiarity with public-government agencies, utilities, and departments on regulation issues. The candidate must have a total of 15 years of experience, combining all the required skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor construction sites, supervising contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the Owner, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure quality control of all building projects through regular inspections.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to minimize accidents and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Keep the Owner informed about project progress.
  • Oversee procurement and management of materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Manage project timelines effectively to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Supervise construction crews and workers, ensuring they are properly trained and equipped.

Qualifications:

  • Solid construction experience, preferably bilingual in Spanish.
  • College degree required.
  • Familiarity with public-governmental agencies, utilities, and departments on regulation issues.
  • 15 years of total experience in construction and related fields.
  • Knowledge of ranch, farm, livestock, and hunter safety is a plus.

  • Comprehensive understanding of building structures from the ground up.
  • Strong coordination skills for managing all aspects of construction projects.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to ensure quality control and adherence to project standards and specifications.
