We are currently hiring a Rapid Rehousing Case Manager to work full-time with clients who are experiencing homelessness in Maysville, KY. This is a temp to hire role. Qualifications- Minimum of Associates degree in social service related field is required, Bachelors degree is preferred. Minimum of one year experience in social service field is required. Driver's license and daily access to personal vehicle is required. Pay- $20/hour Responsibilities- Maintain caseload of up to 25 participants. Locate referrals and determine program eligibility. Conduct assessment to determine participants housing barriers, needs, and preferences to develop an action plan to secure housing. Assist with housing search by contacting landlords and scheduling showings, and by providing leads to the participants.
