Responsibilities:• Conduct and maintain Factory Service Inspections to meet field service requirements.• Prioritize inspections of high-demand field replaceable units (FRUs) based on service needs.• Assess and verify the accuracy of service information within the service management system in accordance with departmental procedures.• Escalate quality-related issues to the appropriate department to address service events effectively.• Analyzes reports and defective products to determine trends and recommend corrective actions.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform quality control inspections and facilitate the return of products to inventory.• Develops and implements methods and procedures for process control and process improvement.• This is an on-site individual contributor role that requires the use of judgment in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision.• This job requires proven experience in quality assurance or a related field.• This job may require occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
