Job DescriptionTitle - RawGoods Receiver LeadLocation: Somersworth, NHType of Placement - Temp-PermShift -7:00am-3:30pmMonday-FridayPay: $16.00Benefits upon Hired Perm:401kDental InsuranceDisability InsuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramEmployee DiscountHealth InsuranceLife InsurancePaid Time-OffReferral ProgramRetirement PlanVision InsuranceHealth Savings AccountSUMMARY: TheRaw Goods Receiver Leadis responsible forthe bulk of the inventory stock that comes intothe company for customer orders.This position is responsible formaintainingthe proper amount of stock for the production workers to complete customer orders.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Communicate with supervisor to ensure accuracy in:Receiving finished goods, client-suppliedmerchandise,and tour returns.Count and verify SKUs.Request moreinventory stock from the Purchaser for restock.Submitpurchase orders to appropriate departments.Prepareend of dayreports and distributes to all necessary parties. Maintain daily real-time receiving log.Inventory counts and warehouse transfers:Assign rolling cycle counts and perform annual physical counts.Complete adjustments and issues upon request.May operate dolly and/or pallet jack in loading/unloading supplies and equipment.May operateshrink-wrap machine.May assist in routine maintenance of equipment and shipping area.May lock loading doors.Follows establisheddepartmental policies, produces, objectives, continuous quality improvementobjectives and safety / environmental / infection control standards.EQUIPMENT:ComputerForkliftPallet JackEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:High school diploma or equivalent required.Computer experience is a must.SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Oral and written communication skills.Computer literacy: Microsoft Suite required, Sage 100 a plus.Interpersonal skills.Reading and math aptitude skills.Professionalism and diplomacy.Organizational, planning and time management skills.Environmental Conditions: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to work near moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, extreme heat and humidity.
