Summary: Key Requirements: RC Taylor Warehouse team members are responsible for stocking, rotating and pulling orders. ¢ When a guest enters my area or department, my first and most important responsibility becomes to acknowledge, greet, and engage that guest ¢ Follows daily work schedule as assigned by management ¢ Stocking, rotating and pulling orders ¢ Performs other duties as requested or required by management ¢ To assist my co-workers and help out in other areas as needed ¢ Maintain a clean and safe work environment Key Responsibilities: ¢ Understand and speak English ¢ Ability to work in fast-paced, but efficient and controlled manner ¢ Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis ¢ Ability to stand for long periods of time (8 hours daily) ¢ Ability to bend, squat and reach overhead with no difficulty ¢ Ability to add, subtract and divide ¢ Ability to accept supervisory coaching related to performance, work habits and attitude ¢ Be able to perform all physical aspects of the position, such as bending, standing, squatting, climbing, pulling, pushing and walking. ¢ Ability to function as a team member and get along with others ¢ Maintain acceptable attendance as outlined in company policy
