Tarantino Properties is looking to add a Real Estate Analyst to join our corporate office in Houston, TX.

Tarantino Properties is a full-service real estate company specializing in income producing real estate. Founded in 1980, our company provides a full complement of property management, brokerage, leasing and renovation services for commercial, residential and senior living properties throughout the United States.

We specialize in commercial office leasing, apartment management, senior living management, retail space, flex, industrial and warehouse properties. We work with our clients to develop the business plans and make the key decisions that will help them ultimately reach their goals, because we only succeed when our clients do.

The Real Estate Analyst plays a key role in evaluating market trends, financial performance, and investment opportunities. They are responsible for preparing detailed reports, financial models, and market analyses to support decision-making for buying, selling, and leasing real estate properties. The role requires a mix of analytical skills, market knowledge, and financial modeling.

Entry level candidates who hold a Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited college or university are encouraged to apply. This position is geared towards individuals with strong analytical skills interested in beginning a career in real estate analysis or commercial brokerage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required with a focus in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Real Estate preferred
  • 0-2 years of work experience in multifamily or commercial real estate (preferred)
  • Must be proficient with all Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and strong time management skills to prioritize deadlines
