Real Estate Assistant - Ansbacher Law : Job Details

Position: Entry level assistant to support real estate and title practice group. This is an on-site position in our Jacksonville Florida headquarters. Full time or part time (20+ hours).About the Company: Ansbacher Law is a Florida law firm founded in 1995 with offices in Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Ft. The real estate practice is led by managing shareholder and board certified real estate lawyer Zach Roth. About the Role: Although job duties may vary, the primary focus will be to on-board real estate buyers and sellers hiring Ansbacher Law to assist with their purchase, sale or closing. This includes communication by phone, and email with clients. Additional duties include ordering title abstracts, surveys, lien searches, loan payoffs and otherwise supporting our title department. We offer either a full-time position or part-time, however, this position is strictly on site and remote work is not available. Please specify if interested in a part-time position.Required Skills & Qualifications: • In-person work at our Baymeadows Road office.
