Job Description :

The Assistant Property Manager plays a crucial role in the efficient and effective management of our multi-family and commercial portfolio. This position requires a strong ability to build and maintain positive tenant relationships, coordinate property operations, and assist in financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tenant Relations: Manage tenant communication, coordinate move-ins/move-outs, and ensure tenant satisfaction.

  • Quality Control: Oversee property maintenance, contract vendor services, and handle incident reports.

  • Financial Management: Assist with budgeting, invoice processing, and rent collection.

  • Inventory and Supplies Management: Maintain adequate supplies and ensure building amenities are well-maintained.

  • General Duties: Stay updated on company software, organize files, and comply with company policies.

  • Minimum Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in property management software (Rent Manager, AVID, ManageGo, etc.)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Experience in property management or related field preferred
