We are looking to speak with Philadelphia-licensed real estate associates to join our client's active Real Estate practice group in Pittsburgh.

This is an opportunity to advance your real estate practice across development, acquisition and disposition, leasing, portfolio leasing projects, landlord tenant issues, commercial financing, tax assessment appeals, land use and zoning, financing workouts, and obtaining economic incentives for development projects.

This team is go-to counsel to large global retailers, national REITs, national and regional lenders, software and information technology companies, and owners of retail and other commercial and residential properties.

If you have a solid understanding of acquisition and disposition, financing and leasing of commercial real estate, as well as familiarity with land use, zoning and land development approvals, this is an excellent career advancing opportunity.
